This firm can also be hired as a divorce mediator which is extremely popular in today’s climate.  Two people would only have to pay for one lawyer which can streamline the process through discovery and the goal of an uncontested divorce after mediation before the court.  One caveat with mediation of course is if the parties are not successful with an agreement, this law firm would not be able to represent either one of the parties due to a conflict of interest.  Generally in that situation the mediation is still of benefit in that it isolates the issues that are not agreed upon.
